Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator
Tiffany was born and raised in Fort Worth, just outside of Dallas. After graduating high school she went on to receive her degree in Journalism at the University of Texas at Austin. (Hook ‘em!)
After graduating, Tiffany worked in Accounting for a few years but knew that it wasn’t her passion. When her company started to reorganize, she was referred to MK Personnel from a friend of hers.
“I originally came in as a candidate. I worked with MK as a candidate for six months and coincidentally the Office Manager position became available, and they thought I would be a good fit.”
After only a few days, Tiffany knew she had found the home she was looking for.
“It was just the easiest transition. I was already familiar with the office and the processes, and I only felt more and more comfortable throughout that first week. The position just had a great combination of what I was looking for; innovative office, amazing team, and a position that allowed me to exercise a variety of my skills.” Since then, Tiffany has transitioned into the Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator, giving her more of a hands-on role in recruiting top talent.
When she’s not sourcing for great candidates or promoting the firm, Tiffany loves to shop, work out, and travel.
