Administrative Coordinator

Our client in the Houston area is looking to hire an Administrative Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be someone who is a proactive team player that resourceful, deadline driven and dependable.

  • Support top producer with whatever she needs- stay three steps ahead
  • Save inventory sheets
  • Plan client events (order lunches, coordinate factory visits)
  • Special projects:  increase manufacture engagement on website, create office manual
  • Keep everyone on track, keep meticulous notes, organize systems
  • Send reminders

Requirements

  • 3-5 years office experience
  • List maker
  • Strong organization skills, communication and strong work ethic,
  • Customer service oriented, team player,
  • High expectations of self, genuine, trustworthy, confidential, mature personality
  • Detail oriented
