Bilingual Operations and Customer Service Coordinator

If you are bilingual and have a strong knowledge of DATA INPUT, this job could be for you! Our Customer Service client in Houston is looking to hire a Bilingual Operations and Customer Service Coordinator to ensure equipment is processed efficiently meeting customers expectations and ensure bookings are met with available equipment in acceptable conditions.

The ideal candidate will be someone who knows 50% Spanish and has 1-3 years of experience in this type of field. This client is known as a “mature organization” so someone with this amount of experience is highly preferred.

Our client is looking for someone who is friendly, has a strong phone presence and doesn’t mind jumping back from English to Spanish when needed.
