HRIS Manager

Our client, a well-known company located right off of 290 is looking to hire an HRIS Manager. The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager will be responsible for providing strategic HR Technology planning, leadership, direction, oversight and support for all Human Resource Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Defines the strategy, policy, and overall HRIS direction
• Applies knowledge of industry, product and functional best practices
• Partners with HR payroll to determine HR needs
• Ensure business requirements from Internal HR and external businesses groups are met
• Supports the HR team and operating partners in early needs assessments and project scoping
• Identifies opportunities, creates and implements programs to improve HR processes and systems

• Must be familiar with Excel

Education and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science or a related degree is required
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive HRIS or Information Technology/Information Systems is required
• 5-8 years of experience of solution, design and implementation experience delivering technical solutions is preferred
