Loan Officer

A growing real estate investment firm is seeking a personable and motivated candidate to step into this rewarding role! The Loan Officer will perform a variety of duties in order to speak to leads, market the firm, and turn those potential clients into a sales opportunity. The role offers the candidate a high earning potential, so the ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter who is going to learn business inside out and turn prospects into customers. But the role is not completely autonomous and the candidate will also enjoy the training and mentorship of a 10 year veteran of the firm.

Essential Duties:
• Provide clerical and administrative support, including correspondence
• Set and maintain complex executive calendars
• Schedule and prepare for meetings
• Schedule and plan for special events
• Arrange all travel accommodations domestic and international travel
• Prepare memos, letters and other documents for distribution
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
• Prepare expense reports
• Screen telephone calls, and handling requests, and enquiries, when appropriate
• Arrange conference calls
• Have a working knowledge of executive functions in order to fully support
• Provide follow up on any open issues needed

Qualifications:
• 3+ years’ experience
• Must be able to multi-task, interact in a professional manner with clients and employees
• Possess excellent follow up skills
• Team player, attention to detail
