Office Manager

Our client in the Houston area is looking to hire an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, handling a variety of detail-oriented tasks with a positive attitude and professionalism as well as have a desire to be a part of a team. In this position, problem-solving prowess will be challenged and the candidate will be joining a culture with constantly changing priorities and challenges, whom focus greatly on teamwork and self-discipline and self-improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide additional support to CEO and team members
  • Be responsible for running a smooth office
  • Assist in recruiting, interviewing and hiring
  • Manage the administrative process of all materials and equipment
  • Organize frequent team building events
  • Organize sales and marketing activities
  • Manage the website, LinkedIn and YouTube pages
  • Take on any other administrative duties to support the team

Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years-experience in Office Management or similar experience
  • Must be proactive, flexible and strong problem solver
